When choosing a surface disinfectant, it is important to know the active ingredient and contact time. CleanCide Wipes by CTRM Group are formulated with 0.60% citric acid as the active ingredient. Often when one thinks of citric acid, images of oranges and lemons may come to mind. But, as well as being responsible for the sour flavor in citrus fruit, citric acid is also an effective disinfectant.
CleanCide Wipes are germicidal, tuberculocidal, fungicidal, and virucidal. With a three minute kill time, they may be used on hard, non-porous surfaces, including plastic and vinyl! They are food safe, EPA N-List registered, hospital grade, and are available in containers of 160 pre-moistened wipes.
