We recently tried out the PRO-SYS® Hygiene Handpiece by Benco Dental. It is an air-driven handpiece that comes with three autoclavable nose cones. It has a smooth 360º swivel that allows for easy polishing at any angle. Speaking of angles, any disposable prophy angle will fit onto the PRO-SYS handpiece!

- It doesn’t chatter or stall, even when I put a lot of pressure on it.
- The swivel is really smooth.
- Super lightweight! My hand doesn’t get as tired with it.
